Pet Policy

BRING YOUR FURRY FRIENDS HOME!

Residents are allowed to have two (2) pets, cats or dogs. No exotic pets are allowed. There are no breed or weight restrictions; however, we may prohibit any pet that becomes known as aggressive, at Management's sole discretion. 

One-Time Pet Fee (non-refundable): $400 for the first pet and $200 for an additional pet.
Pet Rent: $25/month per pet.
